Enter and View Procedures

The Government allows authorised Healthwatch South Glos representatives to enter premises that service providers own or manage to observe the nature and quality of those services.

Authorised representatives are Healthwatch volunteers who have undertaken training to conduct Enter and View visits.  We work in line with guidance issued by Healthwatch England and work closely with our partners in the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
