Healthwatch South Gloucestershire Enter and View report: Skylark Rehabilitation Unit 13 June 2018.

Healthwatch South Gloucestershire undertook this visit with the purpose of finding out about patients' experiences of rehabilitation, recovery and re-ablement. We wanted to find out what people experienced following being discharged from an acute care setting. Our findings included:

Very clean, bright and cheerful
Enthusiastic and dedicated staff
Delays in patient discharge are already occurring

A great outcome for Healthwatch was that 6 people said that we could interview them at different points after they left the unit.
