Between the beginning of April and the end of June 2021, we received 138 pieces of feedback on a wide range of health and social care issues. 57% of your feedback was negative, 31% was positive, 10% was mixed, and 2% was neutral.

Sharing your feedback with us helps us let health and social care service providers, local commissioners with national bodies such as the Care Quality Commission, NHS England, and Healthwatch England, know how services are working in the South Gloucestershire area.

The topics we received the most feedback on on this quarter were:

  • GP services (74 pieces of feedback)
  • pharmacy services (17 pieces of feedback)
  • mental health services (3 pieces of feedback)

Report: Caring for someone with dementia

Caring for someone who has dementia can be a challenge. We spoke to carers throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire to find out what support they needed, and created a resource to help signpost carers to the services available to help them.
