In October 2019, Heathwatch South Gloucestershire became part of Healthwatch Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. Find out how your feedback made a difference by downloading our 2019/2010 annual report.

In 2019/2020, 385 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us. In South Gloucestershire, we invited people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders to examine the quality of health messages. We received feedback on mental health services, and provided how-to guides to using online apps and websites to ensure everyone could access the healthcare they needed.
